A. Ordering
1. Acknowledgements:
All orders will be acknowledged promptly by fax to confirm receipt and
instructions.
2. Pricing:
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Large quantity pricing is available by contacting Customer
Service.
- Combination pricing is available when items feature the same logo, size
and imprint color(s) and are scheduled to produce and ship at the same
time.
- Co-op pricing is available. Contact Customer Service for pricing and
qualification requirements.

3. Ordering Methods:
All orders must be received in writing via mail, express service, E-mail
or fax. Phone orders are not accepted by the Patriot Line due to the
potential for error.
4. Changes: Orders
requiring changes once our make-ready process has begun will incur
additional charges as applicable. Written notification is required for all
changes on orders.
5. Minimum Quantities:
Less than minimum quantities as shown are not available.
6. Cancellations: All
orders received are considered firm. If a cancellation is necessary, costs
associated with all work performed to date plus an order
processing/cancellation charge of $60.00 will apply. In every
instance, written confirmation must be received by the Patriot Line and
acknowledged.
7. Special Use Dates:
Special use dates must be prominently displayed/stated on your purchase
order. When this critical receipt date is less than our normal delivery
schedule, factory acceptance must be secured in advance to ensure on-time
delivery. An extra charge may be required to expedite an order to ship in
less than normal production time.

Print Details:
1. Screen Charges:
No charge.
2. Standard Imprint
Colors: The Patriot Lines uses the Pantone Matching System (PMS)
for all imprint (ink) matching. Standard colors are used at no charge:
Black - White - Red(PMS 186) - Royal(PMS 287) - Reflex Blue - Navy(PMS
289) - Green(PMS 348) - Orange(PMS 165) - Yellow(Pantone) - Gray(PMS 241)
- Violet(Pantone). Where PMS matching is required, a $30.00 per
color charge is necessary.
3. Backing Sheet Imprint: Conditional if stock allows. Price
as one additional color plus $28.00 additional setup. No additional
setup charge if electronic art file is provided.
4. Four Color Process:
is available in 85 line screen or less. Contact Customer
Service for details.
C. Production
1. Proofs are available:
PDF files, paper or faxed copies are available at no charge. Standard is
an E-mailed PDF file.
2. Production Time:
Normal production time is 7 to 10 working days after proof is approved.
3.Overruns/Underruns:
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity without
sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered
will constitute a complete order. If customer must receive zero underrun,
please state this on order. If customer will accept 10% overrun, please
specify on order.
D. Shipping
1. Freight Charges:
Orders are shipped F.O.B. Wisconsin manufacturer with applicable charges
added to the invoice. When not specified on your order, we will determine
best shipping method based on time, destination and weight. Air shipments
will be made per your instructions.
2. Drop ship/Split Ship
Charge:
For the second and all subsequent drop or split shipments, charges are
$7.50 to each destination plus freight charges. If inventories are to be
held by the Patriot Line, storage charges will apply. Contact Customer
Service for details.
3. Freight Claims:
All claims other than UPS, must be made by the customer against the
appropriate carrier within 15 days. For UPS shipments, claims must be made
by the shipper, the Patriot Line, on your behalf within 10 days.
4. Returns:
Returned items will not be accepted without authorization issued by the
Patriot Line.
5. Packaging:
All items are shipped bulk unless specified otherwise. Special packaging
such as poly bagging, shrink wrapping and individual cartons is available.

E. Miscellaneous
1. Product Availability:
The Patriot Line cannot assume responsibility for non-fulfillment caused
by our inability to acquire materials due to embargoes, strikes or other
causes beyond our control.
2. Trademarks:
Authorization is assumed to be transferred to the Patriot Line by our
company and its clients for the use of any and all trademarks presented to
us for reproduction. The Patriot Line assumes no responsibility in
trademark and copyright disputes.
3.Catalog Examples showing
logos, designs, insignias, and any/all trademarks placed on our product
shown within this catalog are to serve only as examples of our imprinting
techniques. They are not presented for resale nor are they to be construed
as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner(s).
4. Complaints: Any
complaints must be received in writing and accompanied by a sample within
20 days after shipping. Our response will be immediate.
5. Political Orders:
Each state has its own laws regarding political advertising. Appropriate
copy must be supplied to meet these identification requirements.
